Xiaomi launched its Xiaomi 15 series in China on October 29. It included Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro models, which was the first phone with Qualcomm’s new chipset Snapdragon 8 Elite premium chip. After its success in China, preparations are on for its global launch. This is confirmed by the NBTC database available on the smartphone certification website. The global variant of the Xiaomi 15 is listed here along with its model number.
The model number of Xiaomi 15 in the NBTC Certification database is “24129PN74G“. It shows GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR i.e. 5G network connectivity features. Apart from this, it will be launched globally with 12GB RAM + 256GB and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variants. According to the report, the device runs on Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0.
Xiaomi 15 Global variants features
As we have already mentioned the Xiaomi 15 series is available in China. Now the global version will be available in India and across the world. So Xiaomi 15 Global is likely to have the same features as the China model.
Xiaomi 15 Global variant is based on the premium chipset Snapdragon 8 Elite, which works on Adreno 830 graphics and Orion V2 CPU. The primary is equipped with a triple 50 MP camera, one of which is wide with OIS feature, the second is telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and the third is equipped with an ultrawide lens. There is a 32 MP selfie camera in the punch hole cutout on the front.
Apart from this, there is a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5 resolution. The phone is powered by a 5400 mAh battery and the phone charges with a 90W wired charger, along with wireless charging is also supported.
