Xiaomi launched the HyperOS 2.0 operating system for its devices last year. It was first started rolling out on the Xiaomi 14 series devices. Which includes Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, and Xiaomi 14 Ultra models. Now the company is preparing to release a new upgrade version HyperOS 2.1 for Xiaomi 14 Ultra (Global) in February.

Xiaomi is set to release HyperOS 2.1 for its 14 series Ultra models in February, with the global models being the first ones. China and other models are expected to follow later.
Listed below is a screenshot of the HyperOS 2.1 update on the global model of Xiaomi 14 Ultra. It has the OS2.0.100.0.VNAMIXM software version, and is based on Android 15. It is expected to be around 4GB in size. However, this is a beta version listed. Its stable version is expected to be released in early February.

What’s new in HyperOS 2.1
There will be no change in the operating system i.e. Android in HyperOS 2.1 for 14 Ultra. After this update, the phone’s internet connectivity, WiFi connectivity, and network signal will improve. Apart from this, the phone’s Control Center, faster file transfer, changes in camera, new features in Xiao Ai, and gaming experience will be more optimized.
Xiaomi will fix new changes in all the models of its top flagship smartphone 14 series. Which included many bugs and shortcomings. Xiaomi users will get the benefit of new animations and new features. The most important feature will be in Xiaomi AI. Which can be integrated with every application. This will include a camera, notes, gallery, dialer, messaging, and many other applications.
The HyperOS 2.1 update will update the phone’s security and security patch. With which the phone can be tracked without network or internet. However, right now the update will start only on Xiaomi 14 Ultra, after a few days it will be on other models. Which is likely to include the Xiaomi 13 series, Redmi Note 14 series, and other models.
