According to the data found on Geekbench, the Galaxy S25 series has been revealed to have two new chipsets which have been seen with very good scores. Along with this, the model number and available RAM of the device have also been revealed. Which is as follows
Samsung Galaxy S25
As per Geekbench and rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S25 will use an Exynos 2500 chipset. Along with this, Samsung will be launched with OneUI 7.1. Apart from this, there will be 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. This chipset comes with Xclipse 950 graphics and overclocks up to a maximum of 3.3 GHz.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus on Geekbench has model number SM-S936B. It has been found running an Exynos 2500 (3nm) processor with 12GB RAM. The result of which is a 2359 score in single-core and an 8141 score in multi-core. Which performs at 1 core × 3.30GHz, 2 cores × 2.75GHz, 5 cores × 2.36Ghz and 2 cores × 1.80GHz
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. This is also confirmed by a Geekbench leak where the Galaxy S25 Ultra is seen running on a Qualcomm processor with model number SM-S938U. It has achieved a high score. The Galaxy S25 Ultra has received benchmark scores of 3148 on single-core and 10236 on multi-core. These were seen on devices with Snapdragon 8 Elite.
