Oppo has launched the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro in China in October 2024. Before its launch, there was a rumor that the Oppo Find X8 Mini model would also be launched in the Find X8 series. Just like Vivo launched the X200 Pro Mini along with the X200 and X200 Pro. Now the news from China revealed that Oppo has again started working on its mini device. The full specification of the device has appeared on Weibo.
Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station has claimed that the Find X8 Mini will feature a smaller 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution. The phone’s rear panel will feature a 50MP wide Sony IMX9 series main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an ultrawide lens.
The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor will be available above the phone’s display. The device will support wireless charging and reverse charging. Also, the front panel and middle panel will be metallic while the rear panel will have high-quality glass.
Like the X8 and x8 Pro models, the Mini is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400. The alleged X8 Mini could launch alongside the Find X8 Ultra by the end of June 2025. However, there is no exact information on whether it will be launched in China or globally. It is expected that other information related to the Mini model is likely to be revealed after this leak.
