According to information received from China, Oppo’s product manager has revealed the first teaser poster and launch date of Oppo Find N5. The poster shows the thin design of Find N5. Product officer and OnePlus founder Pete Lau has described it as the world’s first foldable phone which comes with a design thinner than a pencil.
OnePlus’ product officer and founder has compared the Oppo Find N5 to a pencil in the teaser poster. This suggests that the phone may be thinner than a pencil when unfolded. The Oppo Find N5 is expected to be 4 millimeters thick when unfolded and 10 millimeters thick when folded.
Apart from this, the titanium color design is visible in the poster. It is speculated that Oppo Find N5 may have titanium build quality and an IPX8 rating. Which is with better durability, strength, and waterproofing.
The Oppo Find N5 is confirmed to launch in February. It may be accompanied by the Oppo Watch X3. The Find X8 Ultra and X8 Mini are expected to be launched soon after in March.
Previous reports have revealed some of the key features of the Find N5. Rumor has it that the Find N5 will feature a 2K resolution display, 6,000 mAh battery capacity, 80W or 100W fast charging, and 50W magnetic wireless charging. The phone runs on ColorOS 8 based on Android 15 with Snapdragon 15 Elite chipset.
Apart from this, the Find N5 Fold phone is equipped with an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel (3x optical zoom) periscope telephoto lens on the rear. It can be launched globally as a rebranded Oneplus Open 2.
