OnePlus has announced good news for its customers even before the first sale begins. On purchasing the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R, they will give a free replacement guarantee plan for 180 days i.e. 6 months. This will include only the models of the OnePlus 13 series. However, this offer is for a few days. This is going to be a big relief for OnePlus.

OnePlus launched the OnePlus 13 series on January 7 in India and globally. Soon after the launch, the company announced a 180-day Replacement Plan. This plan can be availed by those who buy OnePlus 13 or OnePlus 13R between January 10, 2025 and February 13, 2025. This offer will be free for them. It is available in both India and globally.

If you purchase a OnePlus 13 series device after February 13, 2025, you will have to spend Rs 2,599 for the OnePlus 13 and Rs 2,299 for the OnePlus 13R separately for the 180-day Replacement Plan guarantee.

As the plan itself suggests, the phone will be replaced with a new model. If within 180 days the phone’s motherboard, display, camera, or back panel breaks or if the phone goes into dead mode due to any other reason, you will be able to replace the phone at the nearest service center and get a new one.
