Honor’s Honor 300 Ultra smartphone was launched in China today. It also has two smaller siblings, the Honor 300 and Honor 300 Pro models. These are less than the Ultra in terms of features and price. The Ultra model has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SOC, AMOLED curved display, and dual selfie camera. Availability will start in China on December 6. This will include all Honor models.
Display and design
Honor 300 Ultra has a 6.78″ curved display with 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+. Which can peak brightness up to 4000 nits. There is an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor above the display and a dual selfie camera.
The middle frame of the phone is metallic, the front panel is made of Giant rhino glass protection and the back panel is made of silicone polymer. There are power and volume controller buttons on the left side while there is nothing on the right side. USB connectivity, speaker, and microphone are provided at the bottom part.
Performance
Honor 300 Ultra is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (4nm) processor with Adreno 750 GPU and Octa-core CPU. It is one of the best processors for multitasking and high-level gaming
primary & selfie camera
300 Ultra has a 50 MP (PDAF, OIS) main camera, a 50 MP periscope telephoto with OIS and 3.8x optical zoom, and a 12 MP camera with autofocus. For front selfies, there is a 50 MP wide-angle and 2 MP depth camera. Which is capable of recording 4K resolution videos and zooming in on distant objects.
Battery & Charger
Honor 300 Ultra has a 5300 mAh silicon carbon battery. It comes with a 100W wired charger, 80W wireless charging, and a 5W reverse wired charging facility. There is also a facility for reverse charging on top of its wireless charger. Which can charge other small gadgets.
Other Features
Honor 300 Ultra includes features like WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, stereo speakers, NFC, infrared port, GPS, etc. The device is IP65-rated dust and waterproof. Apart from this, satellite messages and calls are included only in the Ultra model.
Honor 300 Ultra Price and Availablity
Currently, the Honor 300 Ultra is available in China and its price is as follows. In China, it has two variants 12GB RAM/512GB storage and 16GB RAM/1TB storage. Its price is CNY 4,199 ($577) and CNY 4,699 ($646) respectively. The Ultra model is available in Camellia White and Ink Rock Black colors.
