Xiaomi first announced its latest tablet Xiaomi Pad 7 series in China on October 29. The launch for the Indian market was announced on January 10. Today Xiaomi has launched its Pad 7 in the Indian markets. Which comes with a premium design and many latest features. Before choosing it, let’s take a look at the price and features of Pad 7.
Xiaomi Pad 7 design and performance
Talking about the performance of Xiaomi Pad 7 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset processor. Which supports LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Or the tablet boots on Android 15-based HyperOS 2. Apart from this, a 128GB + 256GB storage facility is available with 8GB + 12GB RAM.
Talking about its design, the rear panel has a metallic body. The 13-megapixel camera is placed inside the square shape. There is a black glass protection layer on top of it. It is available in Graphite Grey, Mirage Blue, and Sage Green colors on the online store.
Xiaomi Pad 7 features
The front has an 11.16-inch LCD panel that supports 144Hz refresh rate, 800 nits max brightness peak, Dolby Vision, and 3200 x 2136p resolution. There is a protection layer of Gorilla Glass 3 on top of the display. Apart from this, an 8-megapixel selfie camera is available in the front.
To power the Pad 7, there is an 8,850 mAh capacity and 45W fast charging support for charging. There is a power boot and fingerprint sensor facility on its side panel. Its thickness is 6.18 mm and its weight is 500 grams.
Apart from this, the Pad 7 includes four speakers, four microphones, Pad7 Focus Pen support, a flicker sensor, a color temperature sensor, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C (3.2 Gen 1), and IR blaster features. Which provides it as a premium tablet.
Price and Availablity
The price of Xiaomi Pad 7 in India is Rs 27,999, which comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Its second variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs 29,999. It comes only with WiFi connectivity.
Other accessories for the tablet will have to be paid separately. The price of the Focus Pen is Rs 7,999, the Magnetic Double-sided Cover is Rs 1,499, the Keyboard is Rs 4,999 and the Focus Keyboard is Rs 8,999. The accessories will be available for sale in February and Xiaomi Pad 7 will go on sale for the first time from January 13 on Amazon, Flipkart, mi India website, store app, and retail stores.
